Holiday villa located in Conil de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.
This quiet villa lies less than 5 km from the staggering beaches of the Costa de la Luz, thus ensuring you’ll make the most of your long-awaited sun getaway. This splendid property is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and hi-tech electric appliances, which convert it into a home away from home.
It can accommodate up to 6 people in the three bedrooms provided. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, warm/cool air-con, and it also relies on an en-suite with a spacious shower; the other two bedrooms both have two single beds each, and the villa is also provided with another bathroom with bathtub, to be shared among the six guests. The cosy living area is divided into a welcoming dining-living room and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living room is provided with comfortable sofas, warm/cool air-con, and a useful dining table where you and your family can share the delicious meals you’ll surprise them with. This room also has direct access to the outdoor area, thanks to the wide sliding windows.
The covered porch of the outdoor area provides a relaxing ambience and a quiet atmosphere: enjoy your breakfast as you rejoice in the breeze and shelter from the early sunshine. The perfectly-maintained garden welcomes comfortable sun loungers and palm trees that surround a gorgeous private pool that guarantees complete privacy. Here, you will spend your holiday’s most unforgettable moments. A brick barbeque completes the outdoor facilities of the villa.
The access to the villa is made possible by a 300 mt-long unpaved lane.

Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Man vermutet in dieser Gegend keine solch tolle Villa. Anfahrt über Feldwege, dafür wird man am Morgen vom Hahn geweckt und hört ab und zu Ziegengemecker. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Ausgiebig den Pool genutzt. Die Villa war absolut sauber. Der Zustand war bestens. Conil ist etwa 5 km entfernt, mit einigen grossen Supermärkten. Minimarket in 1 km Entfernung. Restaurantauswahl in Conil sehr gross. Sehenswerte Orte wie zB. Cadiz, Fejer, Tarifa usw. in der Nähe.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en la casa. Está situada en unza zona muy tranquila al lado del pinar, en plena naturaleza, lejos de ruidos y bullicio. La casa es fantástica, el jardín lo tienen súper cuidado, con todo tipo de palmeras y plantas, desde el porche y el salón se ve la piscina, con lo cual nos viene bastante bien para tener los niños vigilados. Tiene todas las comodidades, internet wifi. Todo puesto con mucho mimo y muy limpio. En nuestra estancia Adolfo, el propietario, ha estado muy pendiente y muy atento con nosotros.
Sin duda repetiremos.
