very clean place, nook and corner; both rooms spacious with lots of closet space; comfy king size bed in each room; bedding snug; thermostat responsive so temperature setting convenient and accurate; my husband and 3 small grandkids all had three nights of restful sleep; good-sized bathroom; very quiet neighborhood. We were there in mid July.

We had an amazing weekend! The fridge was down when we arrived but a service man came. While the fridge was being serviced we got to know David our host and we arranged for him to drive us to and pick us up from the festival as it was a little too far to walk.
We had a great time this weekend!! The table and chairs really eat up the space but other than that we would highly recommend 😁
