Cozy, spacious Single home located blocks from downtown and a block for Reeves park. Come enjoy the resturants downtown or grab a bike out of the garage and ride on of the local trails. If that's not enough, you can play XBOX, ping pong darts.

Comfy space and well equipped. We especially liked having a bedroom on the first floor for our mom who doesn't do well with stairs.

The house is located in a charming neighborhood just a short walk from the downtown. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property. Our host was very responsive to my questions and very friendly to deal with. Probably the best experience we’ve had with a rental! We highly recommend!

Our stay was very comfortable and the location was great - just steps from a lovely park and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The house was great, perfect for our sized group. It's a pretty short walk to get to downtown, even in the cold and the house had all the amenities we were looking for. Tony was great at responding to any questions or concerns that popped up. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Phoenixville.
