Decorated with style and comfort, this spacious home is sure to please everyone in your party! The open floor plan offers a gas fireplace, flat screen television and large windows. Camp Brags is the property you don't want to miss! Centrally located, this neighborhood boasts nearby trails, proximity to town, lake access and ski resorts. This is the perfect cabin to enjoy the year round seasons of Lake Tahoe.
All Agate Bay Properties vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, bath towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and gas BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

-Owners bring cats to this cabin.
Important:
On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.
Some Highlights Include:
•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.
•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.
•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 4
Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
