The terrace, which adjoins the living area, is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, a dining table, and additional seating. In the late afternoon and evening hours, the second terrace, facing west, offers plenty of sun. In addition to the terraces, there is a private garden area as well as a large communal garden. The property is also well-landscaped, ensuring your privacy.
The entire apartment underwent a high-quality renovation in 2020 and features high, light-filled rooms, solid oak floorboards, and large windows.
