The property is in a great location. The beds were comfortable. They let us know the morning of check in the dishwasher wasnt working, that wasnt a big deal for us as we would not be using it much. We did have a hard time with the shower not having hot water. They sent someone else to fix it but it never did get warm at all. We kept in communication with them but it never was resolved. I also struggled with paying an 80 dollar cleaning fee for the apartment to be deep cleaned and sanitized when several vents had clumps of dust and dirt clogging them up as well as the entire apartment just had a grungy run down feeling. There was a metal doorstop used to frame out tile in the bedroom by the slider however it was tacked down with globs of something and had broken off, was very sharp and posed a potential safety issue. My expectations were not very high i figured the peoperty would reflect the price, however hot water for your stay seems like a very basic thing to expect.
I also had a very hard tine with being shower onit
