Summary:
Escape to the perfect retreat just 15 minutes from East Nashville and less than 20 minutes from all of Nashville's major attractions. This spacious home is situated on nearly 2.5 acres, offering ample outdoor space to enjoy during your stay.

A little outside of Nashville, where city life and country life merge. Close to beautiful Fontanel property in historic Whites Creek, with distillery and extensive hiking trails/dog park.
There is a tree line located behind you to give you plenty of privacy. It is especially beautiful in the spring and, with trees all around, you can enjoy the changing of the leaves in Autumn.
The primary Guest must be 25 years old.
2 - Queen Beds
In addition to the beds, a Lazy Boy sleeper sofa is in the den and a queen size futon is located in the living room.
Guest Access:
The whole house will be yours and the run of the land with it.
** We do allow pets there is a pet cleaning fee of $200
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Tiny Guest House:
There is a separate tiny guest house on the property that is often occupied by the owner when the main house is rented. This is a totally separate building, approximately 50 feet out back of the main house and practically out of sight. You can view a video tour on YouTube by searching "Hillbilly House AirBnB."
ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy:
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 per stay applies.
Guest Support:
My team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions or concerns. For food deliveries, you can use shipt dot com for delivery services.
Occupancy and Fees:
Maximum sleeping capacity is 6.
Guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and will incur a charge of 50% of the nightly rate if before 11 AM.
Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability with the following fees:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.

Strictly no parties allowed.

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

House was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked and laundry capabilities were very nice. Had an easy to use grill outside as well as fire pit. The convenience of the location was great and an easy Uber ride to Broadway. Also discovered a fun hardware store that served beer/food/played music and friendly locals just mile up road in Joelton. Nice walking trail for our dog a mile up road. Only downside is the busy highway out front however you are far enough up driveway and have plenty of land where it wasn’t too concerning…..just hard to pull into driveway when you’re not very familiar and people riding your butt!
