About this house rental
Jameson's Place is located minutes from the Old Mill District, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Deschutes Brewery, and the Mount Bachelor ski area. The Smith Rock State Park is a short 45 min drive to the North and Crater Lake National Park is a 2-hour drive to the south.
Jameson's Place (named after my son) is a great space for families with small children and/or pets. The private fully fenced backyard is a wonderful space to play cornhole after a long day of exploring Central Oregon.
House Rules:
Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM
Dogs or cats considered
No unattended pets left uncrated
Pet fee $25 per pet per day
No pets on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
No smoking ($250 fine for smoking)
No drug use
No more than 6 guests
No events or parties
Check-in is 4:00 PM
Check-out is 10:00 AM (late check-out fee of $50)

The house was darling! It was clean, well-appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn't stay long as we were busy exploring Bend, but when we came back, it was always warm and cozy!

Very nice place and the location was great for us, we could walk to our son's house. Everything went smoothly. We would stay again. The only minor thing was the TV was hard to work and there were no instructions, and the neighbor;s dog barked a lot when outside, but that isn't the property owner's fault.

We had no problem checking in. Wifi was working fine. Once we got in to find out that reclining chair was broken, one of sofa’s leg was broken, one of dining chair’s handle was broken,Kitchen did not have any wine glasses, hallway bathroom sink water was not draining well.
