Welcome to this beautiful country house for 3 people located in a rural setting in Algaida.
The exteriors ensure the rest we deserve on these holidays. The terrace under the vineyard is perfect for a drink at sunset and, next to it the porch where you can taste a delicious barbecue admiring the wonderful views of the fields. You can also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and the wonderful starry sky on the top terrace. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The house consists of a single floor with a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV, AC, and a wood stove and another pellet stove for colder days. Next is the dining room where you can enjoy delicious dishes cooked in the gas kitchen of the modern kitchen. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. In the house, there are two bedrooms with a wardrobe and a fan, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation.
The property is located on the outskirts of Algaida, a small town in the centre of the island that will allow you to learn about its traditions while offering all the necessary services for an independent stay. You can visit the area of Randa and the Santuari de Cura. If you like golf, the Son Gual course is 11.4 km away. If you want to go to the beach, you have infinite possibilities: you can go to el Arenal, also to the natural beach of Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita. A car is necessary to move around. The highway is nearby, so you can reach many beautiful spots on the island.

We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth.
Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had.
We most certainly will use both services again.
The system for carhire has got to be the way forward. Links via WhatsApp and 'automagically' opening cars. Just great, 40 mins from landing at the airport to driving out of the carpark, including collecting our bags. Fantastic
