About this house rental
The contemporary-style Little Grey villa, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, is located in the town of Sainte-Luce in Trois-Rivières, 20 minutes from Aimé Césaire Airport. Built on a single level in a quiet and secure setting, it offers a magnificent view of the island of Saint Lucia, Le Rocher du Diamant, and La Dame Couchée. It’s less than 100 meters from the sea and a 10-minute walk from Anse Mabouya (the first beach in the town of Sainte-Luce heading toward the southern part of the island). You can enjoy a beautiful coastal path from this beach to the village, passing by the many coves and other beaches along the way (5 km): Sports enthusiasts, get ready!
Villa Little Grey features access to a secure parking area with an automatic gate and a garden. It has a total floor area of approximately 150 m² including the living spaces. Fully air-conditioned, it features 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 double bed), each with its own bathroom and toilet, a common living area comprising a living/dining room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening via two large windows, each 3.5 m wide, onto a beautiful 80 m² terrace featuring a pool (6 x 3 m with an outdoor shower), where you can enjoy your meals and take in the magnificent sunsets!
Of course, the villa is fully equipped with all appliances and Wi-Fi.

From the first contact with the host to the last good-bye following a wonderful week, our stay was excellent. The house sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean and Diamant with beautiful sunsets. The host generously stocked the refrigerator so that even on a holiday when we arrived and restaurants were closed, there was enough food so that we didn't have to go food shopping. the house is well situated with the beaches of Diamant and other south island beaches close by. Superbly clean. Excellent ac. House is only about three years old so all the appliances and furnishings are new. We would love to return. Thank you Julien for a great week.
