About this apartment rental
Beautiful farming estate comprising 9 units quietly situated in the immediate surroundings of the medieval town San Gimignano. This property enjoys extensive panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves and over San Gimignano in the background. The estate offers 2 restored farmhouses, a manor house occasionally occupied by the property owners and a nice shared pool (approx. 100 m from the units Vittoriana 1, 2 and 150 m from Vittoriana 3 away).
All of the apartments are nicely furnished in a rustic style and provide a personal furnished outdoor area and a shared barbecue.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road (of approx. 2 km) suitable to any cars.
Distances: San Gimignano with general stores 5,5 km away, Poggibonsi 15 km, Volterra 30 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence (airport) 55 km away, Pisa (airport) 85 km, Lucca 90 km away. The coastline area of Cecina and Castiglioncello (beaches) is within 85 km.
At guests’ disposal: panoramic outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower, changing room with shower by the pool. Laundry with 2 washing-machines (free of charge). WI-FI internet connection (free of charge), telephone available in all of the units (payment on site).
Parking within the grounds.

Having never been to Tuscany before, this was the best first experience ever! The villa was exactly as advertised, beautiful, clean and the view was amazing! The check in process was thorough and pleasant. Highly recommend to attend the wine and oil tasting that is provided by the owers at the villa. Claudia and Andre are passionate about what they do and it shows in the delivery of their tour. The history of this property and great tasting products are produced with love and inspiration. We had the honour of also meeting their father who greeted us with open arms and kindness. Thank you to the family for making our stay a memorable one! We recommend travelers to rent a car to visit the surroundings. Everything is San Gimignano is beautiful!

We met many people along our Italy journey, but not like your family. The ambiance in your villa was inviting and comfortable. Your passion for what you do shows in your tasty wines and oils. I think this was my best choice ever on airbnb! We love it here, everything was so magical and breathtaling! The rooms, the balcony! The balcony is the top! We had a breakfasts and dinners there every day and We enjoy it till the end! You can see endless wineyards and olive parks right from the window the same as magical San Gimignano, which is the nicest city in Tuscany! We got two perfect wines right after the arrival. We were little bit late, but they were kind to us. We comunicate with the other people working here, all very kind and helpful.
