About this apartment rental
This spacious, split-level unit offers a cozy getaway in a quiet Mountain setting. With a wood burning fireplace it offers a true cabin experience. It has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar and dining room with seating for 6, lovely stonework around the wood stove and vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. There is a king bed with private bathroom in the upstairs loft, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom downstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a flatscreen Smart TV and DVD/CD player in the living room, WiFi access and balcony that overlooks the winter forest. This condo is just a 3 minute walk across the street to The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy shops, restaurants, festivals and events. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are 18 stairs upstairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, is non-smoking and is not pet-friendly. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor, unassigned parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience. The vacation rental is located in walking distance to the Village Gondola and lots of restaurants, we didn't need to drive to the slopes which is a huge plus. Condo is well maintain with exception of the kitchen content. It's a hodgepodge of kitchen ware, with most plates and dishes chipped. Given that we were forced to pay for a damage waiver, it seems these items could have been replaced when damaged. Overall, the building is old and lacks soundproofing so you can hear your neighbors. The people next to us had a baby and we could hear all the crying. Nothing anyone can do about it, but know that it is not well insulated. Stairs to the condo are steep. Also wish there was a keypad entry instead of having to pick up physical keys in town.

Cute, vintage, affordable. But the kitchen is very cramped and the dining table is too large for the space. Also the wet bar sink drips constantly.

We were happy except for the pool and spa and laundry room that were all closed and our condo was right by the pool that was basically wrecked and in disrepair shape and was an eyesore to look at. Wished we would of received a discount for the inconvenience of not having these ammenities.
