Sutton House is a superbly refurbished first floor apartment right in the heart of Woodbridge just steps from the thoroughfare and a 3 minute walk from the river. Woodbridge has some fantastic amenities including an array of pubs, restaurants and a cinema. Also perfectly located to explore the surrounding heritage coast including Aldeburgh, Orford and Southwold.

Everything thing fine, except unexpected electricity black out. Quickly sorted, due to staff members, but not ideal.

Problem beyond the renter's control: During our journey we were contacted to be told a power failure at the rental property meant we couldn't use it. We were offered another let close by or our money back. The property was acceptable, but not at all accessible for two 75+ year olds with a lot of luggage and supplies. Another very good let was offered, which we accepted and the above comments refer to it. Unfortunately it was further away from our carefully chosen preferred location and was somewhat inconvenient. However given the difficult circumstances we wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.
