Beautiful estate with private pool in Vilafranca de Bonany, ideal for 8 guests.
Enjoy an unforgettable Majorcan summer in this estate dated back to the 19th Century! The well-kept exteriors feature a private, 5mx 10m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.35m to 2.1m. Besides, there's an exterior shower if you fancy taking a shower before and after swimming in the pool. The pool is surrounded by a garden with eight sun loungers and a nice terrace with sunshade. There's a barbecue area if you fancy cooking - surprise your loved ones with tasty meat and grilled vegetables! Challenge friends and family at the ping-pong table while children enjoy the playground in the garden. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you'll enjoy privacy.
This house offers a second home on 300m2 and two floors. Indoors, elegant comforts blend traditional decoration like stone-lined walls and wooden beams. There's a nice living room with TV-SAT and CD player. The coquettish kitchen is well equipped, featuring a gas stove, electric oven and cooking utensils. The dining area is open to the kitchen; comprising a spacious table where ten people can enjoy meals together. There's a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, fan and a bath with bathtub as well as a toilet on the ground floor. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the bathrooms.
There's a living area with two sofas, three bedrooms (two with two twin beds and one with a double bed) and a bath with bath tub on the first floor. All three bedrooms come with fan and wardrobe and are decorated in a cozy and traditional way.
Vilafranca de Bonany is a quiet village in the centre of the island, where you can get to know the local life from within, between the local people. There is a small grocery store, for your basic needs, and in Manacor or Sineu you will find all other services, like bigger supermarkets, shops or restaurants. The village is easily connected to other places, like Palma, with its museums, art galleries and restaurants, Cala Millor with its huge touristic offer and Cales de Mallorca with its beautiful small coves. Between Vilafranca and Petra, you will find the small hill “Bonany”, with a nice ermitage and spectacular views over almost the whole island.

The house and surrounding garden was much larger than shown in the photos. The owner was really nice, however she only spoke a little bit of English, Google Translate made it work.
We had an issue with electricity outside, she got it sorted our immediately. In the kitchen we found lots of fresh fruit and high quality olive oil, which was very nice.
The house itself was difficult to find at first, as we got mailed multiple addresses. We found it after a short time. The highway and Manacor are nearby for shopping. No neighbors meant we were for ourselves.
Overall a really nice house, clean with some extras in the kitchen. Pool was also clean and the owner super friendly. Definitely recommended for families as well as friends !

Absolutely amazing house. The facilities were great. Lovely pool and garden area. Very private and no neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

Easy reach to most places with a car. Beautiful in everyway hosts was lovely and available for anything. The villa was so well equipt with everything you would need. The only thing it would of been nice to have had better outdoor furniture and the mattresses were hard. overall a fantastic villa and would highly recommend for families.

This finca is great if you are traveling with kids. The garden is big with swings and a slide for the kids. There is a hot water shower by the pool which was very nice and an outside bathroom. There were a lot of toys available for the kids to play with (inflatable pool toys, beach toys etc.). The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The owners had left us some cold drinks and fruit which was a nice and welcomed gift. Overall the owners were very helpful and kind during our stay. They stopped by a couple of times to see that everything was ok and to pick up trash. The finca is beautifully located in the countryside with fields surrounding the finca. On the fields bell peppers, kale, melons and other fruit and vegetables were growing. It was a beautiful view from the finca. Large supermarkets are located in Manacor just a short car ride from the finca. We had a great stay and would love to come back.
