The house was the perfect layout for my family of 9. We had 6 adults, an 8yo boy, 7yo girl and a 1yo. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our family dinners without a hitch.Needless to say the game room was a hit with young and old! We got to enjoy a family movie and smores one evening in the cool outdoor seating and the easy access to the nearby pool rounded out a perfect long weekend. Everyone agreed they wanted to come back to this house.

Two families had fun staying here. The “yurt” as we were calling it was a fun place to read or watch baseball. Kitchen was very adequate, they replaced the coffee maker which was broken. We would have liked a few more rolls of toilet paper, I don’t think it makes sense for it to be a “starter amount” when our stay was only 4 nights.

There were so many threatened penalty fees - if there’s too many cars in the driveway, cleaning fee doesn’t include dog hair even though you’re paying a pet and cleaning charge advertised as pet friendly, fee for throwing away more than one garbage bag, fee for hot tub if they find the water fouled. Even though we didn’t use it, we opened it to make sure it was clean etc etc. It was hard to use the property freely without fear of being fined for something that they find that we were not responsible for. We left the place cleaner than we found it,
