Mountain Location & Road Conditions: Our cabin is nestled high atop Parrot Mountain, offering stunning views and peaceful seclusion. While the roads leading to the property are paved and well maintained year-round they are mountain roads and in the event of snow you will need 4 wheel drive.

While the place is a little hard to find, since the easement is not well marked, the cabin was everything we needed once we found it. Frying pans could use an upgrade and the coffee cups were not adequate for a cabin advertised for twelve, we got by. Otherwise, it was just what we needed and well stocked with the other kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very handy to all Pigeon Forge attractions.

We arrived for an 85th birthday trip for my mom’s birthday. A smoke alarm beeped every three minutes until the next afternoon. We searched for 4 hours to figure out where the beeping was coming from. A worker came to search, but couldn’t figure it out either. Also, the hot tub was not on- a breaker had flipped and I had to figure that out. It was a lovely cabin, but the lack of detail in maintenance was a problem. Management called us and tried to help, but the smoke alarm beeping made it difficult to sleep one night.
