About this house rental
This holiday home in Colònia de Sant Jordi, located in a quiet second line from the sea, accommodates 6 people and is ideal for enjoying the coast and the village atmosphere.
Outside, the property offers several spaces designed for enjoying holidays in the open air. It has two terraces located along the side and at the rear of the house, perfect for relaxing in the sun, resting in the armchairs or sharing quiet moments after a day at the beach. The outdoor area offers partial privacy and is ideal for pleasant evenings with family or friends, with a table large enough for all guests. There is also a barbecue, perfect for preparing meals outdoors, and a practical outdoor shower, very convenient after returning from Cala Galiota or any of the nearby beaches in Colònia de Sant Jordi.
The interior is spread over 2 floors and offers a comfortable, functional and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a living room, equipped with a television, fireplace and air conditioning, open to the dining room to create a pleasant shared space for gathering. The kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, provides everything needed for everyday use. On this same floor there is a bedroom with a single bed and fan, as well as a full bathroom with washbasin, bathtub and bidet. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, all with air conditioning: one with a single bed and two with a double bed. This floor also has a second bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For those travelling with babies, a cot and high chair are provided.
The house is located in Colònia de Sant Jordi, one of the most attractive spots in southern Mallorca, with a seafaring atmosphere, a promenade by the harbour and an excellent choice of restaurants. From here, it is easy to reach spectacular beaches such as Es Dolç, Es Carbó, Es Trenc, Els Estanys and Es Cargol, famous for their pale sand and turquoise waters. It is an ideal place for coastal walks, snorkelling, kayaking, cycling routes and boat trips to Cabrera National Park, one of the area’s main attractions. Nearby, you will also find the Salinas d’Es Trenc, the Ses Salines lighthouse and charming villages such as Ses Salines and Santanyí. For golf, the nearest courses are towards Llucmajor and Campos, around 30-40 minutes away by car.

Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist schön und die Beschreibungen stimmen mit der Realität überein. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bis auf eine Grundausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl usw. ist alles vorhanden. Schade war nur, dass wir unsere Räder nicht unterstellen konnten, die standen im Freien.
Aber wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer richtig guten Lage! Im Großen und Ganzen hätte alles ein bisschen liebevoller gestaltet werden können. Im Obergeschoss ist ein Balkon mit Meerblick, der sehr schön ist und such groß genug zum Karten spielen und chillen ist, aber außer zwei Plastikstühlen und einem Plastik Beistelltisch nichts beinhaltet. Auch keine Auflagen für diese Stühle oder die Sonnenliegen waren zu finden. Der Sachboden war verschlossen obwohl wir etwas mehr Platz zum Wäsche trocknen gebraucht hätten- das war schade. Der Blick wäre bestimmt auch sehr schön gewesen. Die Fotos wirken definitiv größer als die Unterkunft ist. Es ist auch alles ziemlich abgewohnt- auch das vorhandene Equipment der Küche. Wir waren aber mit zwei Kindern und dem Opa sehr gut aufgehoben. Opa hat unten sein ganz eigenes Reich. Fazit: Schöne Unterkunft die mit ein bisschen mehr Liebe und Ausstattung schöner sein kann!!!

Very big house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a big livingroom and wonderful teracce with barbecue grill and a balcony with view to the water. Private Parking Lot inside and outside the house, a washmaschine and a dish washer makes your life easier with a big family. Everything is available as an iron, fences etc. Normal (simple) not spectectular furniture but a good deal for a reasonable price in a absolutly quiet top location. Thank You !
