The house also has a brick fireplace, underfloor heating and an air/water heat pump, so you can count on lower costs for heating and hot water and you'll be comfortable here even on cooler days.
From the living room you enter the large open terrace area of 125 m² and a covered terrace of 27 m² facing west, so you will always find a wind-protected spot by the house where you can enjoy the sun. The large property is enclosed and wonderfully undisturbed. At the fireplace you can spend nice evenings around the campfire.
