Spacious 2100sf 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom 1st floor corner condo. Sleeps 8. Large balcony w/seating. Next to Pool/Clubhouse. NEXT TO EPIC, OCCC, Supermarket, Walgreens, Tourist attractions and restaurants. Minutes to Universal Studios, Disney, Aquatica, Discovery Cove & SeaWorld. You will love coming home to this open plan home after a long day at the theme parks or convention center! The unit is furnished and decorated with the highest quality pieces, sumptuous bedrooms and styling living areas. There is fully stocked kitchen with granite work tops with everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with guests perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There is a Den off the kitchen that has a sectional sofa and smart TV. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for 8 and a luxurious family sitting area with a 60" Smart TV. This area leads to a furnished patio where you can enjoy cool drinks on warm evenings.
BED & BATH
This super spacious home offers 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a King bed and plush mattress with top quality linens, a 55” Smart TV, walk in closet and a vast en-suite bathroom with oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower, his and her double vanity and screened toilet. The guest wing offers a king bedroom plus a bedroom with 2 double beds, overhead fans and smart TVs. There is also a full family bathroom. A full size laundry room in the unit means you can pack light and save suitcase space for outlet shopping!
RESORT AMENITIES
Guests have full access to all the resort amenities. There is a heated large pool with an infinity edge, a kids water playground, a full-service Tiki bar that serves drinks and food, and a large Jacuzzi tub that can accommodate 16 guests. The clubhouse has a gift store, gym, games room, theme park attraction ticket booth, and business center. There are also Movies at the Pool on certain evenings during the week. The resort also has two areas where there are charcoal BBQ grills and a picnic area with tables. There is a playground and multi-sport court. There are several Electric Vehicle Chargers on each side of the resort. We are a gated resort with plenty of free parking and 24-hour security on site.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the new Epic Universe theme park and the Orlando Convention Center. We are only minutes to all the other local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Sea World. We are right on Universal Boulevard, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. At the entrance of the community off of Universal Boulevard and Lake Cay Place, you will find a Walgreens Pharmacy, Slidders Pizza, Smallcakes Cupcakery, Moma's Cafe, and Half Barrel's Beer Project, which are all within walking distance. Next to the property, and also within walking distance, in the Lake Cay Commons, is a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, a Barber Shop, and several restaurants including Beth's Burgers, Sushi Hut & Grill, The Diner, NYPD Pizza, Ternerita Steakhouse, China Tea (take out only) and Chipotle. Everything was very nice. Had a problem with the door code but the problem was resolved immediately. I would recommend this property and we would stay again.

The condo was fantastic for 3 adult women who rented the property to attend a veterinary conference. The only challenge was having the 3 of us get ready for work with only 2 bathrooms and since there were no mirrors in the guest bedrooms, someone couldn't get ready in their bedroom if someone else was in the shower/getting ready in there. A suggestion is to add mirrors in those 2 rooms; that would have been so helpful. The only other suggestion is that all of the rooms (with the exception of the kitchen) are very dark - even when you turn on all of the lights and lamps. Having brighter LED light bulbs (like the master bath) throughout the condo would have made a big difference. With that said, we still would likely rent the property again, but I would seriously consider bringing our own lightbulbs if we did. :)
