- Before each check-in, we conduct a thorough video walkthrough to document the home's condition and cleanliness. This helps protect our guests from unfair charges for any pre-existing issues while ensuring accountability for any new damages.
QUIET HOURS
- For a restful stay, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
PET POLICY
- Our total pet fee is $240, which includes a $120 accommodation fee per stay and a $120 refundable deposit, which will be returned after your stay as long as there’s no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- We allow one pet per reservation, but if you’d like to bring more, feel free to reach out to discuss before booking. If you wish to bring more, please reach out to us prior to booking.
- All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking to avoid a $300 fee per pet.
- For your pet’s safety and comfort, please do not leave pets unattended inside the home.
- We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets and refrain from allowing them on furniture or beds to help make cleaning easier after checkout. - Please avoid letting your pets use the mini golf grass in the backyard as a potty area, thanks so much for your understanding!
BEACH TOWELS
- Kindly bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided in the home. We ask that house towels remain inside and are not taken to the beach. Additionally, to help keep the space clean and comfortable, please avoid sitting on the furniture with wet or sandy clothing. Thank you for your understanding!
SECURITY CAMERAS
- Please do not tamper with the security cameras—they are for safety purposes.
NO SMOKING
- Smoking of any kind - including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and pipes - is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $300 fine will apply for violations.
NO FIREWORKS
- For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violating this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and may lead to the immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the community safe.

We enjoyed the stay. It was close to the beach and places to eat. There was plenty of room for a family of five. This is a comfortable place that is clean and well maintained.

This place could be very nice. It was spacious for 6 adults, had a fully stocked kitchen, and the outdoor space was nice during the day. The host was kind, easy to work with, and very accommodating. Unfortunately we found large roaches inside the home during our stay. Most were dead but a few were alive and running. The outdoor area became uninhabitable after the sun went down due to the large roaches that flew at you. Take away the roaches and it would have been 5 stars all around.
