Pretty two-story holiday home surrounded by greenery on wooded hills in the heart of Tuscany in the Mugello area, in a quiet location. The house is surrounded by a beautiful 3,000m2 garden. equipped with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (10m. x 5m. depth 140cm.) with outdoor shower. The property also has spaces equipped with a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. Private parking in the property. The maintenance man occasionally lives in two rooms adjacent to the villa. The house is located at 4.5km. from the small town of "Corella", 45km. from Florence, 32km. from the "Barberino Designer Outlet" (over 100 shops of major Italian and international fashion brands) and from the "Bilancino" lake (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), 27km away. from the "Poggio dei Medici golf club".
