3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 11. Maximum Occupancy 11. Bed Configuration: master - King, guest 1 - Queen, guest 2 - 2 bunks (twin over twin and twin over full). We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). 2nd level. 1600 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2003.

Good size, easy to get in to. Kitchen could have been stocked better. Had to run the dishwasher after every meal to have enough silverware. Could use napkins, saran wrap or some kind of plastic bags to store left overs. Furniture was a little dated and worn, but otherwise ok.

Great stay. A few suggestions. It would have been great to have bathmats in the bathrooms. Also, for a rental with a high occupancy, it would have been nice to have more dishes. Not enough bowls and spoons. As for cleanliness, the kitchen floor was dirty, food bits were on the patio table, and the bowl of one toilet was dirty. Overall it was a great stay! We loved how close we were to the pool and biggest hot tub.
