Ka'anapali Royal G302, a beautifully decorated, 3rd-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that offers 1,500 square feet of living space, central A/C, and a private washer/dryer. There are no elevators at this property. Unit G302 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master suite with an inviting king-size bed and large flat-screen TV is privately located on the top level with a newly remodeled bathroom. Unwind in your spa-like bathroom featuring a rainfall showerhead, cherry cabinets and gorgeous quartz countertops. Soak in the views from your private lanai just off the bedroom. The main floor suite has a comfortable queen-size bed and your own large flat-screen TV. An aero bed is also available for use for additional guests. The en suite guest bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a newly retiled walk-in shower.
This condo includes a 380 square foot private lanai/patio, equipped with a sink, large BBQ gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture is perfect for those evenings in. The spacious living room features surround sound, a 58" flat screen hi-def TV, and free access to Netflix. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen is not just gorgeous but convenient! Newly installed tile floorings, cherry cabinets, and quartz countertops make this an inviting space. Well-lit and airy, you'll find recessed and under-counter lights throughout along with a spacious indoor dining area that seats 6.

Located in the heart of famed Kaanapali resort it is perfectly situated on the Kaanapali Golf Course and is a short walk to nearby is Whalers Village, top-rated restaurants, popular beaches, bars and live music. There is a flat $154 per vehicle parking fee payable to the resort upon registration. Stay is confirmed for one vehicle, second vehicle is subject to space/availability.
**Effective January 1st, 2026, the parking fee will increase from a flat rate of $154.00 to a flat rate of $160.00
- Reservations that are secured no later than October 17th, 2025, will be "grandfathered" at the flat rate of $154.00.**

Great condo, good layout and plenty of space for our family of 5 (two adults, one teenager and two under 12). Plenty of dishes and cookware - we stocked up on breakfast and to go lunch supplies from Costco and Walmart when we arrived. We thought there was a pull out couch, but there is an air mattress instead (which we did not use as the sectional was fine for my teenage son).Close to some great beaches and walking distance to Whalers village and Kaanapali beach. We also visited old Airport Beach (our favourite), Kapalua and Napili beaches, all a short drive away.Given the devastation of Lahaina, there isn't too much close to the south and you have to drive 40 minutes to south shore beaches (Wailea and Maalaea) and restaurants, but not a big deal - the drive is fun and scenic.Would recommend and stay again. Mahalo for making our stay in Maui amazing!

It was very nice and clean, totally updated. The location was great for golfing, shopping and dinning. It was noisy in the second bedroom, being so close to the highway.

We really enjoyed out time at this unit. Nice location and amenities were just as listed. The check in and check out process was seamless. Would recommend to others.

The condo was the perfect size for 5 adults and one baby. We liked the location and the pool and common areas were beautiful. The pool amenities were spot on and kept clean every day. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc and it was nice to have the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. There was plenty of bath and beach towels. What I was not pleased with was the cleanliness of the unit. We arrived at 4pm, check in time and the cleaning crew was still there and it was quite a wreck. They apologized but said it would be about an hour to finish cleaning. We had no problem with that as that was not their fault. We told them to take their time to ensure it was clean. They obviously hurried through. My grandson's shirt was black after crawling on the floor the first few minutes we were there. I spent the next couple of hours sweeping and scrubbing the entire tile floor. There were no cleaning products other than Windex and Hardwood floor cleaner in the unit so dish soap it was. The lanai hadn't been swept or cleaned so it was filthy. There were tiny, and I mean tiny, little bugs that were continually, from the start of our stay, on the downstairs bathroom counter. I've been to Hawaii many times and I understand that you will encounter various insects at times but I think if the unit had been cleaned properly this wouldn't have happened. A deep cleaning of the entire unit is needed. Maybe this was a one time issue but it certainly needs to be addressed with the cleaning company.
