This four-bedroom plus den, four-bathroom home in Blue River — just minutes from downtown Breckenridge — offers a quiet, affordable getaway for your family or group of up to 10. The living room offers lots of seating with a large couch and 6 power recliners. After a long day out on the town or hitting the slopes, everyone can relax by watching a movie on the large Smart TV in the den!
The living room opens to the fully equipped kitchen where seating is never a problem — there are 12 seats at the table and six more at the bar. The upper level, overlooking the living room, boasts four bedrooms. The king master suite features a king bed, gas fireplace and a private bathroom with a corner tub and stand-up shower. There’s also a queen master suite with a private bathroom, two more bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed, and a full bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower. With two master suites, the home is ideal for two families to share!
The three-car garage gives everyone a parking space out of the snow, and there’s a spacious mud room for putting on and storing outdoor gear. Outdoors, there’s a large deck spanning the width of the house, a gas fire pit and a large, fenced-in yard. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We stayed at Tranquility House in August as we have before. It's a nice home in a quiet setting with lots of room to spread out for a large group. We particularly like the large kitchen and eating area as well as the spacious deck. Thanks to Summit Rental for maintaining this house.

The house is in a great location in relation to town and nearby hikes. It has a lot of space and rooms for a larger group for family. House could use some overall upkeep - carpet is in really bad shape - makes the house feel dirty.

Really enjoyed deck, outdoor gas fire pit and grill, and hot tub. Clean and comfortable inside with plenty of space for 7 adults. Short drive to Breck.

The house had plenty of room for the six of us on a motorcycle trip. The three car garage also allowed for plenty of parking room for our stuff. The house was clean and had most kitchen utensils necessary for when we cooked at the home. The rental company associates were very responsive whenever I had a question about something. I would definitely stay here again.
