Sea Breeze, Edgewater 904T2 in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida, has fantastic views of the Gulf Of Mexico from our beachfront 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom deluxe condo with all the comforts of home. Comfortably sleeps up to 4, two in the king sized beachfront main suite and 2 on the queen sleeper sofa with comfy gel mattress in the great room which is also beachfront. You'll fall in love with the bright blue sofa & love seat in the open floor plan great room. The sleeper sofa folds out into a queen sized bed with a gel mattress for added comfort. Curl up in the comfy leather swivel recliner and enjoy the view. Swivel to see the fabulous ocean view or swivel to see the man-sized flat screen wall mounted TV. Lux Speed Wireless Internet and High Definition Streaming is included with this vacation rental! Everyone can log in and surf or stream to their heart's content. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine, too! See the ocean from your kitchen and have plenty of room to cook and enjoy your vacation. The kitchen closet has a stack washer and dryer for your convenience and an iron and ironing board are also provided for your use. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with 2 bar stools. The Grandview Main suite boasts a gulf front view with a king sized pillow top bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You'll love this comfortable retreat after a hard day at the beach, with our high thread count sheets and fluffy pillows, you'll feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The Tropical Breeze Bathroom is a second full bath decorated in bright tropical colors. It is a great guest bathroom that has a walk in shower and a marble topped single vanity. It's perfect for those who are sleeping on the sofa bed. It makes getting ready to go out so much easier when everyone has their own bathroom!

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

Condo was nice with a great view, however it needs to some updating that should be simple fixes that seem pretty inexcusable. Ceiling fan in bedroom did not work; there was a box fan sitting on the floor. One of the lamps on the side table in living room did not work (all light bulbs/lamps should be tested or at least have spares on supply). Remote control batteries were dead; we had to go buy new ones. The pull-out sofa sags on one side and needs fixing. There was only ONE spare pillow for the sofa and the pillowcase did not even fit it; we had to go buy more pillows for everyone to be comfortable. The sheets on the bed did not fit a king; they would not even fully cover it. The shower curtain rods did not look like they had ever been replaced. They were all rusted over (a simple 10 replacement is all it would take). Overall, the condo is fine; we knew it was an older unit so did not expect something luxurious, but simple fixes, updates, and just caring about the little details would have worked wonders.
