Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac and overlooking the beautiful Raven Golf Course, this cozy and private home invites you to relax and recharge. Just a short stroll from the front door, you’ll find the Laurel Grove clubhouse, featuring a seasonally heated swimming pool with ample lounge seating, a hot tub, outdoor grill area, mini-kitchen, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The neighborhood also boasts several stocked catch-and-release ponds for leisurely fishing. For shopping, dining, and entertainment, both Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are just a quick golf cart ride away (golf cart included with rental.) Our newly renovated home features brand new flooring throughout and offers a spacious floorplan, perfect for family and friends! The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a luxurious king bed and a newly remodeled bathroom featuring a spacious shower with dual shower heads. The first guest bedroom, also located on the first floor, is furnished with a king bed and offers convenience to a recently remodeled hallway bathroom with a spacious shower. Upstairs, a third bedroom offers two cozy queen beds and a newly updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a large smart HDTV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows, watching Cox cable, or enjoying a movie on the Blu-ray player. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
The bright, open kitchen has been fully updated with NEW quartz countertops as well as NEW stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare your favorite meals. The sunny dining area seats six, with additional bar seating for four.

This home in Sandestin was perfect for our family! The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, and was very comfortable for my family! The resort was beautiful and there were so many amenities for us to enjoy…the beach, walking trails/sidewalks, tennis, the pool, etc…. We will definitely be back!

We had six adults and our 8yr old granddaughter on the trip. It was the perfect setup for us. Plenty of room, very nice screened in porch, house was very clean and well kept. Beds were terrific. Enjoyed having golf cart to get around and the pool only being a really short distance away. Had a great experience dealing with Beach Blue Properties and will be back!

This was our second stay at this property. We loved it as much this year as we did last year. We especially enjoy the location and the golf cart. We loved the addition of the chairs and the patio in the backyard. We are already planning to book again for next year. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Very close to the shops and Publix. Also private communal pool was just a couple hundred feet. The house was like brand new inside and out. Large screened in porch with outside seating great for the Friday night fireworks!!
