You will have your own private entrance into this recently remodeled and sunny guest suite. There is a family that lives upstairs.
Private trails start right outside your doorstep to a few lookout locations.
Fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV, Queen Size bed with Tempur-pedic mattress in the bedroom plus pull out sofa in the living room. 25 minute drive to Red Rock Amphitheatre, 10 minute drive to downtown Evergreen, 40 minute drive to downtown Denver, 1 hour to major ski resorts.
No smoking on entire property.

Host was amazing. Pictures don’t do justice. The place is amazing, views are perfect. Place is clean, well stocked and the host responds quickly. Would totally go back. If you’re looking for quiet place to get away this is the property. Thanks again.

So glad we found this gem! Photos do not do it justice. We somehow got amazing sunrises and sunsets! A well-marked trail that starts at the property leads to a stunning overlook. The inside space was well-appointed and comfortable.

Lovely location. Near to shops but also out of the way. The kitchen was nice for us to make our own dinner. Awesome trails on property.
