By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

The cabin was beautiful, but the location of the property was very stressful. Didn't realize the property was so high in the mountains and the roads were so small and steep. Once we arrived we were all to afraid to leave and enjoy the city.

This home Vista Delmar was a spectacular home with a view you will not regret. Jessica was great to work with and I could not be happier with renting this home. We spent 4 days in the home & didn't want to leave it. The home is up to date & very clean. It seamed to be very Safe community there are guards to get into the villa and they where strict. Don't miss out on this gem if your looking at it you will not be disappointed. Take this from someone that don't wright reviews.
