I’ve been going to Vail in the summer for 27 years. I love the Lionshead location, and have stayed in several of the condos in Westwind. This is one of the nicer, cuter, updated condos. It’s on the highway and west side of the building, neither are my first choice, but the windows are very soundproof, and we could manage the airflow throughout the day to close them at night. It has two bathrooms, with fun, fancy showerheads. The king mattress was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The interior of the condo was very nicely updated and the location is great – close to shops, restaurants, gondola, etc.
The reason I gave it three stars instead of five was due to the noise level above us. The walls are very thin and you could hear every footstep and or water running from the unit above us. Additionally, the unit was right along the frontage road so you can hear traffic trucks etc.
