Be advised 4 out of 12 sleep-able occupants listed have to be of the ages 12 or younger. Our home can sleep up to 8 Adults and up to 4 minors for a total of 12 guests.

Pool maintenance is performed weekly. They have access through the side gate & will be there before noon if service is performed during reservation.

We stayed here while we visited family and it was amazing. Loved the pool and ping pong table. Very spacious and close to stores and restaurants. We loved it and highly recommend this property for a vacation stay!

Honest Review.Pros - This is a comfortable property with nice amenities. There are plenty of rooms and comfortable beds for guests. Cons - Communication with the host was unreliable but when we did get connected and issue we had was resolved. Apparently VRBO was not sending them inbox notifications and direct communication worked better. Overall we had a nice stay with a few minor suggestions we discussed privately that wouldn't affect our review.

Really enjoyed some aspects, others not so much. Could have been a little cleaner, internet service sporadic, some minor repair needed (towel racks and toilet paper holder broken, BBQ grill hood handle missing screw makes it difficult to lift) old dog poop, picnic table had dried food on it, frying pan very dirty, no mixing bowls. But grandkids had a blast in the pool.
