About this cottage rental
Between Nantes and Cholet, in the village of Saint Germain sur Moine, come and stay in this charming, single-story, 75m² traditional house.
You'll enjoy the convenience of being just a 4-minute walk from numerous local shops: bakery, mini-market, butcher, pharmacy, restaurant, vending machine offering regional dishes to take away or pizzas...
And within a 20-minute drive, a variety of wonderful sights and activities await: La Boissière du Doré Zoo, the village of Clisson, the Shoe Museum, the Ruche de Mary (Mary's Beehive), horseback riding through the vineyards, Tiffauges Castle...
Puy du Fou, the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, and Nantes are only 30 minutes away. The Atlantic coast and Angers are just an hour away.

The cottage comprises an entrance hall with a dining area for 5 to 6 people, a brand new, fully equipped and comfortable kitchen, a living room with a television and small sofa, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. A small room of 6.70m² can accommodate one person in a bunk bed.
A small veranda allows you to enjoy the sunshine, as does the south-facing outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue.
End-of-stay cleaning is optional (€70), and towels are available on request (€6 per person). Bed linen is included in the price, and beds are made upon arrival. The property is fully enclosed, and there is parking for 3 to 4 vehicles. Baby equipment is available on request. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi internet access is provided.
