Direct oceanfront views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring island of Molokai from this ground-floor one-bedroom vacation rental located in Kahana area of W. Maui. This vacation condominium features a remodeled kitchen and bathroom with tiled flooring throughout. Enjoy a Mai Tai on the lanai while watching the gorgeous Maui sunsets. This resort features an oceanfront pool and BBQ area and is within walking distance to shops and dining.

The bedroom features a queen bed with a tiled tub/shower in the bathroom. Free unassigned parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Reasonable price. Up on the northwest side and very quiet. A small little walk to a place to get into the ocean. 2 minutes at least. Place was comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year in a row at this property. We absolutely love this condo. We love the ground level for convenience and love the town of Kahana. It’s quiet and laidback which is what we are looking for. The condo is updated and comfortable. The cleanliness could be improved. But I’m pickiy when it comes to that. I feel they just surface clean cause it’s quite dusty and a bit dirty in the bedroom and around the furniture in the living room. The sugar ants are out of control in the kitchen, but I’m aware that’s common in tropical climates. But, overall we love it. We are booked again this August.

Beautiful view of the beach & sunset!Ample parking spots for all.Well furnished with a full kitchen.Comfortable bed.Slight issue with the blinds - one cord came off the track. The blind in the middle would only go up halfway so it was a little irritating going out to the beautiful patio!Overall- a wonderful stay and would gladly return!!Thanks again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is dated. The, wallpaper was old, is peeling in places, rust on side of fridge, a dated microwave without timer, old cabinets, uncomfortable furniture. The management company did a wonderful job helping me. They brought over lanai chairs which were missing, fixed the broken fan in the bedroom and provided me with an extra fan. I was impressed by their quick response and overall attention, heck I. Was also easy. I can highly recommend Maui Condos but not this unit. Cleanses- it is hard to clean an old unit like this. Thank you.
