Beautiful country house situated in the heart of the renowned Chianti Classico region, approx. 20 km from Siena away. The house interiors are tastefully furnished with a charming combination of old materials and refined details. Outside guests can enjoy use of a personal, furnished, panoramic garden ideal for al-fresco dining and of a nice pool to be shared with the guests of 5 additional, nearby units.
The house's central location is convenient for visiting Tuscany's most important places of interest such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area with its characteristic villages (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.) and wine estates.
Distances: Villa a Sesta (a small hamlet of houses with 4 restaurants) circa 600 meters away, Castelnuovo Berardenga with shops of all kinds 7 km, Gaiole 15 km, Radda 20 km away, Castellina 30 km, Rapolano (renowned spas) 20 km away, Siena 23 km, San Gimignano 57 km away, Cortona 65 km, Florence and Arezzo 70 km away.
At guests’ disposal: personal, furnished, covered outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining, swimming-pool (12 x 4 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/05 through 30/9– from 9:00 to 19:00) to be shared with the guests of 5 additional, nearby units.

Excellent location with great nearby restaurants and wine tasting. Generous welcome package of fruit, wine, a tart and water. Outside area was wonderful for eating and relaxing. Well equipped kitchen. The local host, Cecilia was extremely helpful. Just be aware that it is a three story home if you have mobility issues.

The village was in a good location for exploring some of the major tourist attractions.
On arrival there was a beautiful ( and very large) homemade tart, bottles of water, milk and a few bottles of wine including prosecco and a wonderful display of fruit which lasted the whole week. The most generous arrival pack we have ever experienced.
If the ant problem could be sorted it would have been an even better experience. Would still recommend however.

The location is very nice and quiet. The house is spatious and decorated with lots of furniture. (for us a bit too much) but that's a matter of personal taste. There were plenty of nice spots where you can site down down. We espcially liked the first floor balcony (sere). Wifi reception on the big terrasse is unfortunately very poort and we had often no connection there. Maybe this could be improved. The swimming pool was quiet and the watertemperature was perfect. Unfortunatelly due to a emergency at home we had to leave after a week which made us very sad! Special thanks to Maria, She is very friendly and gave us a very good reception!

Villa Nova was our base while my sister and I and her 3 teenage children attended a three-day wedding held in a local winery. The villa and amenities were to a very high standard. Washroom. Ironing facilities, endless hot water, coffee machines, round-the-room sound system and huge TV. Lots of separate areas and terraces with views extended the house significantly. The garden was a pleasure, kumquats and lemons at the plenty. We had the good sized pool to ourselves. We were five so Maria had made up the sofa bed in the living room. It's a big room so that wasn't a problem to have the bed permanently made up. Maria was extremely friendly and accommodating allowing us to use the pool for an extra couple of hours after check out. Had some issues with the toilet flush but Maria dealt with them immediately. Extremely generous welcome package. Tarts, fruits, juices, milk, wines, it was gratefully received. Michelin star restaurant in Villa Sesta is a 10 min walk away. Perfect for us.
