High-speed internet WiFi, 1 TV with cable TV (HBO included) in the living room, 1 Smart TV in the master bedroom with Roku TV (Netflix, HULU, Spotify, Prime Video, etc.)
Washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests.
All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests.

I recently enjoyed an incredible stay at the Vrbo apartment in Icon Brickell, and I can't recommend it enough! The apartment was beautifully furnished, offering modern amenities and breathtaking views of the waterfront. The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife. The building's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were fantastic. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I can’t wait to repeat!

In the heart of heart for high end vacation crowd. Location is great. Swimming pools are excellent. Nearby Whole Foods market is convenient.
The check-in process and communications with the owner/manager was unnecessarily complex and bit frustrating as information was not forthcoming, which may have been complicated by Dec 25th holiday.
