Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 109 is a spectacular GOLD rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental was completely updated/upgraded in 2017 and has a delightful décor with a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 109 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Cable calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a large walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 109 has a Washer & Dryer, Central heat & air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volley Ball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.
Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 109 It is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Overall it was pretty good,there were a couple of things they could fix. The air vents were very dirty, the floor wasn't washed or sweeped.The washer was covered in mold. The cleanliness is the only problem with this resort. Otherwise it's a lovely place to stay, very close to the beach with an awesome view.

We have been enjoying our annual visits to the Sand Dollar for quite a few years now - our grandchildren were babies and now young adults! We LOVE the pier and enjoy sitting under it and by it. We have had the same unit now for a few years - we love the decor, the great kitchen island, and also like being on the first floor so we can run up and down to the beach. Liked the new lock system on the room and gate to the beach. BTW love the new color of the building - new sand dollar sign - building looks well maintained.

Been staying in this condo since boys were little and now they are 23 and 18 and still want to vacation with us! Met some amazing friends that vacation with us around the same time! Love the staff, amenities, space and the comfort and convenience this condo has to offer! Booked again for next year!

First of all the service at this building was excellent. There is concierge service all day seven days a week. The unit that we were in 109 @ sand dollar, was quite beautiful and comfortable. My issues with the unit are: the unit has very few items for use in its kitchen, what there are, are old. There were very few kitchen utensils, only two hand towels and necessary dishes on a very high shelf, where you need a step stool . There was no starter, dishwasher, tablets, laundry soap, or garbage bags. The master bath room was also the guest bathroom. We also didn’t care for the level of noise that the first floor brought as it was right above the swimming pool. You could hear everyone’s conversation. this was just not the right unit for us.
