About this house rental
Welcome to the Beach Bay Vista Home conveniently located 500-600 feet from the Beach and the Bay. Enjoy beach and bay living with surfing, swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking all within walking distance. There is also a park with playground and cornhole boards across the street on the bayside. There are multiple restaurants and markets within walking distance and a short drive or bike ride to Pt Pleasant and Seaside boardwalks.
Constructed in 2016, enjoy this luxurious 5-Bedroom/5.5 Bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 14. Four of the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a fifth bedroom (which is furnished as a second family room) that has a sofa bed on the third floor. The main living space (kitchen, living, dining) is on the third floor to maximize the views. The house also has an elevator to assist you if needed. Most of the house is available to you, except for the closet in the primary bedroom and kitchen, the attic, and the storage spaces beneath the home.
Private beach located directly across the street approximately 600 feet away. The public Brick Beach 3 with life guards and snack stand are also walking distance from the house approximately 1,000 feet away.
