Enjoy relaxing pool and patio with direct access to the beach and an on-site restaurant, The Deck, just steps away from your door. This nicely furnished condo offers an open floor plan living and dining area with stunning ocean views.
The condo offers an open living room area with ocean views, dining table seating for 4 and bar with seating for 2. The kitchen offers granite counters and all stainless appliances along with a stackable washer and dryer. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, iPod docking station, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The balcony located off the living area offers great views of the courtyard, community pools, and ocean. Direct beach access is located just steps away at the pool area which also offers outdoor showers.
The Primary bedroom offers a King size bed, flat-screen TV and an attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and DVD player, and offers access to the second full bath with tub and shower which is also accessible from the hall. WIFI is available.
The building has elevator access and parking for 2 vehicles. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

It was fine except check in at 4 and out at 10 is a bit much. We arrived a few minutes early and couldn't check in til exactly 4. So we had to sit outsidwe in extreme heat

Check-in was terrible. We finally found the room but with no maps of the property or instructions, we had to walk around aimlessly trying to find beach access. There was mold in the back shower and mold under the rim of both toilets. My grandson's feet were black from the floors. We were not given parking passes so our vehicle so we received warnings for that. I asked for blankets that we never received. There was no trash bags in the unit. The queen bed and sofa pull out was very uncomfortable. The place does not allow pets but my baby grandson had a flea biting him when we woke up. My older grandson and i both had some kind of bites all over our ankles and legs. I'm assuming fleas. The office onsite does not service this these units. You have to call and hope they actually come.
