Paradise Point sits right on the course at the Key West Golf Club, a pink two-story townhome behind a white picket fence with fairways, palms and open sky out back. The screened porch is where most days start and end here. Take breakfast at the table with the ceiling fan turning overhead, or settle into the wicker chairs in the afternoon and watch the course go quiet as the light softens.
The main floor is bright and easygoing. The living room opens right onto the porch, and the kitchen is set up for real cooking, with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and plenty of counter space for whatever you bring back from the market. A half bath on this level keeps things convenient for everyone hanging out downstairs.
Both bedrooms are tucked away upstairs, so sleep stays quiet and separate from the living space. The primary bedroom is generously sized with plenty of room to spread out, and the second bedroom is just as light and airy, with windows looking out to the greenery. The full bathroom is also upstairs, finished with a glass walk-in shower, and a stacked washer and dryer makes longer stays simple. Guests also have access to the community pool, a palm-lined spot for a midday swim.
Stock Island gives you the laid-back side of the Keys, just over the bridge from Key West. The golf club's front gate is right around the corner, and the Key West Tropical Forest & Botanical Garden is just down the road for a slow walk among native trees and turtle ponds. The Stock Island marinas, about a mile away, are where plenty of fishing charters and boat trips head out, with casual waterfront seafood spots alongside. Groceries are a short drive, the airport is about 10 minutes away, and Old Town's Duval Street, the Mallory Square sunset celebration and the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor are roughly 15 to 20 minutes by car.
Key West is a place unlike any other in the United States. Connect with marine life through diving or fishing, or sightsee along the beautiful turquoise beaches. Nature is abundant, and so are the bars! Known for its nightlife, you will play as hard as you work in Key West, although it remains a wonderful destination for families and solo travelers alike. - Key West is a resort island where renovation of existing historic properties, new construction, and road repair sometimes occur without forewarning. AvantStay is not liable for any guest inconveniences caused due to construction in the area.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
