The apartment of 50m2 is in the old fishing district of Baix a Mar in front of the beach, 100m from the RENFE train station, 21km from the Reus Airport and 27km from Port Aventura. It is located on the seashore with sea views and many restaurants, shops and wide parking in the area. The two rooms are composed of a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa-bed for two in the living room. There is a full bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, central air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV and wifi throughout the establishment. In the community solarium you will find hammocks. The check-in is done in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm, but you can arrive at any time with the smartlock code. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Excellent assistance from staff during the stay as we had many special requests for them. The location is just perfect. Clean and nice apartment with all needed features - air conditioning is good, noise reduction when the windows are closed also worked well and many more.

The location of the accommodation is really fantastic: view directly to the sea, with three beautiful palm trees in front of the balcony. The apartment was very clean and also the communication with the owner as well as the manager was excellent. Perfect small apartment for a short vacation directly on the sea.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung und die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Schön wäre wenn es einen Fön geben würde und 1 bis 2 Handtücher mehr in der Grundausstattung vorhanden wären. Der Ceckin war sehr einfach durchzuführen.
