Less than one mile to Salem Health Center, Willamette University, and the Capital Building.
There are four private apartments in this building, each with its own entry. No interaction with the other tenants.
This is a cozy space- 650 sq feet. Perfect for a single person, or a romantic couple.
This apartment has a queen sized memory foam bed, a bathroom with shower (no tub,) a full kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment (no dishwasher) and a full set of dishes, and a dining area with seating for two.
Free laundry is available in the building, and the WiFi is above 500 Mbps.
Location is prime for traveling nurses, professors, and government officials. 1 mile to downtown Salem.
Mail and packages are delivered to this address, but we really advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead. We can not be responsible for package theft, which does occur everywhere in the city of Salem.

This little flat in the southern region of downtown is clean, darling, quiet, and has a lovely garden. I did have a few requests after checking in such as specific sheets for my sensitive skin and a couple little things that needed fixed. The host sent what I needed and a maintenance person right away. Any question I have had, the host has been quick to respond, understanding and kind, and able to quickly resolve any issues. I would book again any property with these hosts.
