You'll be on top of the world in our beautiful beachfront condo with floor to ceiling windows that give you a fantastic view from every room in the condo. Enjoy the beach view from inside or outside on the private balcony. You'll love sleeping in the ocean front "Palm Paradise" bedroom where the sound of the gently crashing waves help you float off to a good night's rest. Sunbird 1205W is a truly exceptional experience. Quieter, larger and more personal than other Sunbird units. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a gel foam mattress. Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Thanks for your patience as Sunbird makes the necessary repairs.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed per the Association Rules. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
The great room is all ocean front with amazing views everywhere you look. The queen sleeper sofa with it's upgraded gel foam mattress is perfect for the kids or a second couple sharing this property. You can relax and kick back in the leather recliner! You'll feel right at home in the casual, tropically inspired great room. Enjoy your favorite shows on the man-sized TV or stretch out with a 'beach novel from our collection. DirecTV Streaming and wireless internet are included in your rental at no additional charge. You'll be surfin' by the surf! Slip out the sliding door onto the balcony where you can enjoy great outdoor dining and sunset watching!
The elegant dining area has a beautiful glass topped pineapple base table and 4 West Indies inspired chairs. The china hutch houses our beach novel library. Feel free to read any of our books and take them with you if you don't finish before you have to go home to remember us by.
The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. Both drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are provided. You'll love the modern white cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite counter tops! The dinnerware even has a coastal theme!
The "Palm Paradise" main bedroom is a dreamy beachfront coastal cottage, just for you. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with high thread count sheets. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The tropical ceiling fan delivers a gentle breeze to put you in the mood for vacation fun! Enjoy your own private flat screen TV. This bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony and a private entry to the bathroom. There are two large closets for storage.
The bathroom has a combo tub and shower with a shower massage and a single granite topped vanity with a hair dryer. Conveniently accessible from the great room and the main bedroom.

Nice condo but needs a half bath. King bed was wonderful!!One problem was that we were staying for 2 weeks but there wasn’t anymore clean dish towels, dishrags, trash bags, etc.Also we needed to sweep several times & there was a broom but not a dustpan.Gorgeous views!!

Rooms were clean - confusing on where to check in or how to rent chairs on beach , would help to have a list of good food - in area - phones didn’t help much on searches Some areas needed painting above master bedroom but it was quiet - beds were comfortable , it was clean and neat - all we found were information on flag warnings no binder on information in area - did have lawn chairs and umbrella in closet- would come again

Cleanliness and some minor details for repair such as door handle in bathroom, cannot use Keurig and microwave at the same time as it trips the breaker. Other than these items room was functional and great location.
