You'll love sleeping in the ocean front "Palm Paradise" bedroom where the sound of the gently crashing waves help you float off to a good night's rest. Sunbird 1205W is a truly exceptional experience. Quieter, larger and more personal than other Sunbird units. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with a gel foam mattress. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.

The elegant dining area has a beautiful glass topped pineapple base table and 4 West Indies inspired chairs. The china hutch houses our beach novel library. Feel free to read any of our books and take them with you if you don't finish before you have to go home to remember us by.
The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. Both drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are provided. You'll love the modern white cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite counter tops! The dinnerware even has a coastal theme!
The "Palm Paradise" main bedroom is a dreamy beachfront coastal cottage, just for you. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with high thread count sheets. It's like sleeping on a cloud. The tropical ceiling fan delivers a gentle breeze to put you in the mood for vacation fun! Enjoy your own private flat screen TV. This bedroom has a sliding door leading to the balcony and a private entry to the bathroom. There are two large closets for storage.

View was amazing. Property was very nice. Condo needs to be cleaned better. When you would walk around barefoot bottom of feet would be super dirty. Bed needs to be replaced super uncomfortable. You could feel springs. But over all had a great time!

First of all, yes the apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. Yes, it's "dated" and could use some modernization. If you require an ultra modern, state of the art complex surrounded by luxury then maybe the Sunbird is not for you. However, if you want a place that is clean, quiet, has a very comfortable bed, a range that keeps food hot, a fridge that keeps the milk cold, a freezer that keeps the ice cubes frozen, a hot shower, thick towels that is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops that won't break the bank then this is the place for you.

Cleanliness and some minor details for repair such as door handle in bathroom, cannot use Keurig and microwave at the same time as it trips the breaker. Other than these items room was functional and great location.
