About this house rental
Welcome to your family fun in the sun house! This 3rd-row ocean home is perfect for large or even multiple families as it comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests with its 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home with a private *heated pool. There are bedrooms on all three levels, with two master suites and en-suite baths for moms and dads to escape. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a farm table and living room for a nice ample living space. Right off this open living area and the kitchen is a large screened-in porch with a massive table for 16, making it the ideal spot for the family to gather for al-fresco dining overlooking the pool and palm trees. All in all, this is a great island getaway for kids and kids at heart!

The location of this property is amazing! Just a short walk to the beach, although the access trail to the beach was under water and was sketchy as we did not know what we were walking through as it was dark and merky. The main floor of the property was AMAZING. The upstairs was not good. The carpet felt damp due the humidity and smelled. The bathrooms aren't updated so there was dirty grout, rust in sinks, etc. The ceiling fans were very dirty. It appeared the rugs were not vacuumed and when we went to use the vacuum it was filthy. The lower level smelled very musty. Dark brown water leaked out of the shower on the lower level and there were bugs on the floor. Also, some very stinky bait was left in the refrigerator in the garage. BUT....we over looked all these things and had a great time. The pool was VERY fun and nice. The outdoor furniture could use some cleaning.

The house was totally updated and fabulous! We loved the large pool, the screened porch, the ping pong table and the short walk to the beach.

The house was a great size for the family. We loved the space in the screened in porch for family dinners. However, the house is in some need of soundproofing. We could hear all the noises outside, from people in their pools to traffic, while we were trying to sleep.
