Property was very clean and comfortable, great view, and walking distance from town. Host and maintenance were very responsive to a minor issue, which was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Breckenridge.

The condo was great and great location. Our disappointment came with the communication. The host refused to share the address of the condo with us when I asked (after arriving at the airport and getting ready to drive). They also did not let us know that adequate toiletries for a four night stay were not provided so we were forced to purchase those in Breck and a very high price. Additionally we had to make a special request for clean towels to be delivered, after initially being told we would have to walk to their main office on Main Street to exchange. They did bring towels and communication was prompt and polite, but the completeness of the communication was frustrating. Also the listing said the ski storage is ‘coin operated’ which is not accurate - there is an open closet for ski storage at no charge. We will probably stay there again if we go back to Breck because the location is great and the condo was nice, we would just prefer more complete and accurate information.

The place was clean and adequately stocked with all your necessities. It’s in a great location too. It does get warm in the condo even with both sliding doors open and a box fan going, which made it tough to sleep. We did feel a little deceived because the entrance is torn apart for renovations and the onsite hot tub was being rebuilt. We would have been okay if this was mentioned before hand, but it wasn’t and it was a surprise.
