There is no better word to describe the location of this amazing property. The custom home, built in 2009, is situated high atop a bluff, just minutes from Ludington, and offers commanding views of Lake Michigan from nearly every room!
There are four bedrooms, including two master suites, both with king sized beds and full bathrooms. The master suite on the main floor provides direct access to your own private sitting area on the back deck overlooking the lake, inviting you to the day’s first cup of coffee. In addition to the suites, there are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with four twin beds, which share access to the homes third full bathroom on the upper level. There is also a loft area furnished with a queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is superbly stocked for all your cooking and dining needs. There is an outdoor grilling space and fire pit too, perfect for s’mores as you watch another spectacular sunset reflect from the lake at the end of the day.
Enjoy the spacious living room for entertainment or just relaxing in front of the There is a lovely fireplace and 50” flat screen TV. The home is WiFi enabled and comes equipped with a washer and dryer as well. All the comforts of home await you!
New as of 1/1/2022....we now have a Ping Pong table, dart boards and card games in the basement for fun rainy / snowy day fun. We have tons of chairs down there. Great place to send the kiddos!
Note: We purchased this home in November 2015 and purchased all new furnishings. No weddings or events. Maximum of 12 guests. Our neighbors are full time residents and our guests shall respect the property lines at all times. We do not have any beach access. The beauty of our home is the view from atop the bluff.
We have a Ring Doorbell on the front porch and a Ring Camera on the back deck.

Beautiful location, home has a great layout and would definitely stay there again. We also took part in a lot of what Ludington had to offer and had a great time.

Perfect place for family vacation even if only to chill at the beautiful house all day, stay in jammies, enjoy the monarch butterflies, deer and bald eagles....and esp watch the unbeatable sunsets. Only gripe, which no one can really help: it's early 'gnat' season, end of summer/early fall in michigan, and they permeated all over the kitchen in huge swaths. Used the vacuum to get rid of them when we were making food/dinner, and left out fruity drinks to get them gathered and toss them out. But, what you gonna do? They ooze in through the tiny window screen grids. As long as you're not a freak about gnats flying around, and your mother in law who hates any and all bugs doesn't panic, you're golden. Everything else was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Heidi and Wayne, it was perfect especially to introduce my Kansas BFF to her first time visiting michigan.
