We had an overall great visit. The condo was as pictured and described. Our only issues was that there was a mildew smell as you come it the door and in the bunk room. Also the floors could use a good mopping, rugs were very dirty and we found old food unded under the corner of the stove. Other than that, things were good. Be The beds were so comfy. We slept great.

I would go back and stay at Summer Place #204 again! It was a wonderful vacation place. My only complaint was that the rugs were not very clean. Our socks and feet were very dirty after walking on the carpets in our condo.

Beautiful condo with a stunning view of the ocean! We loved the new furniture on the balcony and spent a lot of time out there when not on the beach. Having the beach service included was definitely a perk! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
