About this villa rental
This modern terraced house in Sa Pobla features a private pool and is ideal for couples as it offers accommodation to 2 guests.
The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped, including a modern induction hob.
Sa Pobla village is situated on the north of the island and a car is necessary. The village has retained its original charm over the years. In the main square you can enjoy a coffee and mingle with the locals. There are a few nice restaurants serving typical dishes from the region. In January the famous festival of Sant Antoni takes place in Sa Pobla when the entire village is lit with a fireworks, parade and celebration. In 15 minutes by car you will reach the miles-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the beach of Can Picafort or the sandy beach of Playa de Alcúdia.

The property was spacious and clean and the pool area was lovely. It is such a private place. The kitchen has a kettle and coffee machine and there are plenty of glasses, cutlery and pans. The main platja in Sa Pobla is lovely with fantastic restaurants and an excellent tapas bar called Bar Casa Miss. Isabel was very helpful too. Thank you.
My husband struggled with the height of the shower as he is 6ft 3inch and we could've done with a sharp knife in the kitchen.

Nice and quiet location. Good parking space. New modern interior. Spacious rooms.
Too early check out. No washing machine. Pool was not cleaning well and got quite dirty during our stay.
