This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops, supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite plus 2 parking spaces only. This unit features a flatscreen Smart TV where you can access all your favorite apps, BluRay DVD/CD Player, wood burning fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus full bathroom. The downstairs master features a Queen bed with ensuite half bathroom with shower and sink only. The loft features a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a flatscreen tv, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 - a great hang out space for the kids! Very clean, and nice room. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in mammoth for a couple of days to weeks. Very reasonable price wise aswell.

Low budget place but very clean. Nothing grungy. I slept on a twin, expected the worst but the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. Other guests said the same. There is only one toilet and no coffee (but 2 coffee makers). My only complaint is no coffee or sugar. Be prepared for stairs!

My partner and our friends (two couples) spent three nights to ski at mammoth and we really enjoyed this place. The location is great, in walking distance to many restaurants and two grocery stores and only a few minutes drive to the ski hill. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and spend the night in when we wanted but was also within walking distance to many restaurants and bars when we wanted to go out. We didn’t have any matches or lighters to start a fire which would have been nice. The place is reasonably clean, the carpets felt a little old and dirty. The jacuzzi in the complex was very nice and located right behind the unit. As others have mentioned, it’s a little awkward with only one toilet but we managed with four people. Check in and out was super easy.
