Very good for the price (compared to others in the neghberhood).

The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean. If you don't need luxury is a very efficient place to stay. For the price I don't think you can find something better in the area.

Customer Service was excellent ; the staff very helpful. I requested assistance with Taxi Services; the staff ensured that the taxi was at the hotel right on time. Very cordial staff. I would definitely recommend Alteza Polanco Hotel to all my friends.

The room didn't have a window so ventilation was bad. The room always felt a bit stuffy

Lovely staff but room was not up to standard

The staff were really lovely!

Our room looked towards a very dark courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, meaning that the room felt very dark and slightly claustrophobic. It also smelled a little damp, likely due to the lack of natural ventilation. You can also hear everything happening in the hallway and in the courtyard if people use those stairs. If you stay here, make sure you get a room which faces outwards, with a functioning window.

room was too dark , missing ilumination, thinking per pictures shown that could be windows at the room and by consequence more ligth.

Location is great.

Rooms too noisy. Breakfast not excited, hot beverage (coffee or tea), orange juice, bread and fruit, just that.

Generally speaking hotel is nice, however rooms do not have openable windows therefore the air is stale. It might be OK for a 1 nighter but for several nights in a row it could become in my view an health issue. Cleaners to try to overcome turn on the AC also in winter and spray a chemical that in my view makes it worse

La ubicación es excelente; la quietud de la calle donde se encuentra ayuda al descanso. Cafecito incluido en la habitación, delicioso.

Es un hotel pequeño, no esperes la gran recepción.
