About this cottage rental
Large living room opening onto the countryside and full height up to the roof, including living room and kitchen. 1 bedroom on the ground floor (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom upstairs (2 beds 90), a lounge/office area on the mezzanine with a trundle bed (sleeps 2 in 90). Shower room, 2 toilets, electric heating and wood stove. You will appreciate the 25 m² terrace and the private lawned garden of 100 m² (surroundings and terrace being finished for summer 2019). The owner, a farmer in a neighboring commune, grazes part of his dairy herd in the meadows around the gîte, delight guaranteed! He is at your disposal to organize a visit to his farm with you. This old barn is located at the end of a hamlet, with private land and access, magnificent views of the surrounding countryside (east-facing facade with large bay windows). Wood is available free of charge for the stove and barbecue.

- Wood for the wood-burning stove and barbecue
The price does not include: - Heating from All Saints' Day to Easter, billed based on meter reading
- Bed linens and towels
- Cleaning fee
