Monthly 1 Story, 3 Bdr Gorgeous Home Summerlin Pet Friendly

We loved our time in this beautiful home. Great neighborhood, quiet, safe and friendly. Shopping, gym, great park for walks with our dogs all within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Mountains. East facing backyard allowed us to spend time with our dogs outside. Watched the sunrise everyday and by early afternoon it was cool and shaded.Home was well stocked with cleaning, cooking, bathroom supplies.Host was awesome and helpful.Thank You!

This house is in a wonderful, peaceful neighborhood and located in a great part of Summerlin. Every morning on our walks, we had great views of the surrounding mountains, blue skies and palm trees - absolutely beautiful landscaping everywhere! Easy access to grocery shopping and other shopping opportunities, plus the neighborhood is adjacent to a wonderful park for walking our dog. The location is also close to the Summerlin Parkway so easy access to western Las Vegas amenities or to Downtown or The Strip. This is our 3rd year renting this house and as usual, Lora was a great host! Communication was super easy and her response was always very quick. We intend to come back to Summerlin next year - this house will be our first choice!

The house was beautiful, in a lovely neighborhood, and the host was responsive and kind! We will definitely return!

House was extremely comfortable and inviting. House was ready and very clean upon starting the stay. Owner was very respectful, courteous, and enjoyable to talk to. We didn’t have any issues during the rental. Should the need arise in the future, I’ll certainly look for this rental.
